The power of the Netarchy<\/h1>\n

Netarchy is an organizational order that arises from collaborative relationships. People connect their knowledge and initiative around a shared purpose, and their influence is born from the contribution they make.<\/p>\n

My proposal is to combine hierarchy, which provides direction and responsibility in execution, with collaborative networks that allow opportunities to be explored, learned, and innovated. Both structures can coexist and be reinforced within the same organization.<\/p>\n
