Learning Ecosystem<\/b><\/h3>\n

A learning ecosystem is the third pillar of organizational learning essential to providing an environment in which people can learn continuously and effectively.<\/span><\/p>\n

In a learning ecosystem, formal training, collaboration and knowledge sharing are promoted to allow people to learn in various ways according to their needs and preferences, foster interconnection and collaboration between areas and levels of the organization and thus identify learning gaps and develop <\/span>new skills. This leads to continuous improvement and maintaining the competitiveness and growth of the organization.<\/span><\/p>\n

Creating a learning ecosystem is one of the best investments an organization can make to ensure its long-term success. By fostering learning and skill development at all levels of the organization, you can cultivate a team of highly trained and engaged employees who will be willing to take on new challenges and lead change within the organization.<\/span><\/p>\n
