Dear readers, I wish you a happy holiday season in the company of your loved ones and a new year full of illusions and purpose in your lives.
The end of the year is coming, and with it, the time to take stock. Where can we improve? There are many things, of course, but perhaps also in these times of change and uncertainty we should ask ourselves: What can we unlearn? After decades of orthodox management, we have become accustomed to managing organizations with recipes from the past, which no longer make any sense, and that keep us anchored to the previous era. Therefore, it would be good to ask the Three Wise Men for good scissors with which to cut those ties with everything that was important to us in the past, but that today prevents us from understanding what is happening beyond our “comfort zone”, and does not allow us to grow and improve in a new connected, open world of collaboration and shared knowledge. To help you in this necessary unlearning, I share with you some of this year’s reflections, I hope they help you dream of a beautiful 2015 and make your dreams come true.
